Yazeed Dandashi has worked in the medical field since 2010. Yazeed Dandashi began their career as a Physiotherapist at GNP Hospitals in 2010, followed by a role as Key Account Manager for Spine Surgery Products at AMICO Group in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Saudi IMAS as a Product Specialist for Spine Surgery Products. In 2018, Yazeed took on a Business Advisor role at Odoo. In 2020, they became an OrthoSpine Distribution Consultant. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager for Partnerships and Alliances at CloudOffix.

Yazeed Dandashi attended the College of Health Sciences from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist. In 2017, they completed a Preparatory Programme Master of Science in Management at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and then went on to receive a Master of Management in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2020.
