Subramaniam V Koduvayur is the Founder and COO at CloudPaths. Prior to CloudPaths, they were the Vice President of HR at Intrigo Systems, Inc. and Stratitude. At Intrigo Systems, Inc., Subramaniam was responsible for the entire HR operations and administration starting from talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, project, and overall performance management, compliance, immigration, logistics etc. Subramaniam was also responsible for carrying out all responsibilities pertaining to HR for M&A with Accenture. At Stratitude, Subramaniam played a key role in ensuring an Associate Business Partner Company build its HR and Operation practice completely ground up enabling processes, policies and compliance. Subramaniam also fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization. Subramaniam's personal efforts were cited as the driving force behind employee-retention rate within an industry where high turnover is the norm.

Subramaniam V Koduvayur has a certificate in human resources management from the American Management Association and a certificate in human resources from Middlesex College. Subramaniam also has a B.Sc from Madras Christian College. In addition, they have certification from Brainbench in change management and from AIRS in professional recruiter certification.
