Head Of Product Management at CloudPay

Shinoj Kumaran started their work experience in June 2004 at Aspire Systems as a Junior Software Engineer. Shinoj then worked as a Software Engineer from November 2004 to April 2006 and later as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2006 to November 2008. In April 2008, they became a Project Leader and held the position until November 2008.

In November 2008, Shinoj joined CloudPay as a Test Team Leader and worked there until March 2010. Shinoj then became a Software Test Manager from April 2010 to March 2011 and later a Software Test & Release Manager from April 2011 to December 2012. From January 2013 to December 2015, they worked as both a Test Manager and Product Manager.

In January 2016, Shinoj became the Head of Test and Product Manager at CloudPay and held the position until August 2020. Shinoj then served as a Group Product Manager from September 2020 to August 2021. Currently, as of September 2021, they are the Head of Product Management at CloudPay.

Shinoj Kumaran earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Pondicherry University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Education in 2000 at Govt. Sanscrit Higher Secondary School in Kerala. In addition to their formal education, Shinoj Kumaran has obtained multiple certifications including AgilePM® Foundation, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), Product Lead Growth Micro-Certification, Product-led Certification, Product Leader Certification, AI Challenges and Opportunities for Leadership, and Product Analytics Certification.
