Rhonda Lake

Rhonda Lake has over 25 years of professional experience in the software and technology industry. Rhonda began their career in 1996 as a GIS Analyst and Community Development Coordinator for Citrus County Government. In 2011, they joined Vacation Innovations as a Data Analyst, where they analyzed, identified, assessed, and resolved data integrity to maintain stability across multiple databases. Rhonda then moved to MedHOK Healthcare Solutions in 2013 as a Quality Data Analyst, where they were responsible for project management, policy, business and data analysis solution and maintenance. In 2013, they joined CSDC Inc. as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Customer Success Manager, where they managed the implementation of multiple software projects, developed and maintained a project schedule, and managed client deliverables. In 2018, they joined Vision33 as a Consultant Project Manager, where they managed new and existing client implementations of software and ensured deliverables were on time. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Avolve Software as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed new and existing client implementations of software, configured software to client specifications, and managed all phases of development. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Professional Services at Cloudpermit.

Rhonda Lake attended Miami University, but did not obtain a degree. In December 2014, they obtained an ABA Certified certification from CSDC Systems Inc.
