Thiruchenthil Y

Thiruchenthil Y has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career as an Intern at CloudQ in January 2020 and later progressed to the role of Jr Quality Analyst in July 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Quality Analyst at CloudQ since August 2021. Prior to joining CloudQ, Thiruchenthil Y worked as a Business Process Analyst at Citi India from September 2015 to November 2019. They also served as a Senior Business Process Associate at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from March 2011 to July 2015.

Thiruchenthil Y completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and HR from Anna University Chennai. This occurred from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Thiruchenthil Y obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). These certifications were received between 2022 and 2023. Thiruchenthil Y also completed courses in Business Analysis & Process Management and Introduction to Business Analysis Using Spreadsheets: Basics through Coursera in November 2021.
