John Lawniczak

John Lawniczak has over 25 years of diverse work experience in the technology industry. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at CloudSaver. Prior to this, they founded Mimirs Fountain, where they provided Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Integration, and alternative user interaction tools to the Health Care and Sports industries. John also offered fractional CTO services to clients.

From 2013 to 2020, John held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Service Management Group. In this role, they led a large team in building and supporting a 24x7x365 platform for collecting and analyzing consumer behavior and experience data. The platform was utilized by 500 brands across 80+ countries.

Before that, John worked as a Software Architectural Consultant at BalancePoint in 2013 and as a Solutions Leader and Director of Software Development at Ascend Learning from 2011 to 2013. In these positions, they directed teams of software engineers, architects, testers, and project managers, with a focus on refining education in the Nursing and Allied Health space.

In their earlier career, John served in various leadership roles at Cerner Corporation and BeyondNow Technologies, where they were responsible for managing engineering teams and overseeing the development of healthcare software solutions. John also worked as a Software Development Manager at GeoAccess, developing payer health network solutions, and as a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to the development of various Microsoft products.

John began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Fox Chase Cancer Center, where they worked on a radiation oncology digital imaging and image processing product.
