Chris Miles, MBA

Chris Miles, MBA has a wealth of experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Chris began their career in 2003 as a Key Account Executive at UPS, where they were responsible for new business development and account management for Express, Ground, and International Transportation Services within an assigned New Jersey territory. Chris then moved to Nippon Express in 2007, where they held the roles of Regional Sales Manager - Air Freight Forwarding Division, Project Manager - Corporate Bids/Procurement, and Project Manager - Corporate Initiative ISO 9001 Implementation (Special Project). In 2011, they joined CEVA Logistics as a Corporate Account Executive, and in 2015 they began working at FedEx Custom Critical as a Corporate Account Manager. Chris'sresponsibilities at FedEx included new business development and account management for customers in the New Jersey territory, as well as domestic and international expedited services, temperature-controlled packaging design, and more. In 2020, they joined Cardinal Health as a Senior Consultant Manager, Carrier Accounts Development, and in 2022 they began working at CloudSort Corporation as a Key Account Manager. In this role, Chris is responsible for developing successful business plans with client portfolios, improving client experience, account profitability, planning for and executing on growth goals, and retention.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Morgan State University, an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Independence University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Morgan State University.
