Daniel Stuart Kelly has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Daniel started their career at Encom Systems Ltd as a Systems Support Technician in 1998. In 1999, they moved on to Gateway as a Technical Support Representative before joining Worldport Communications in 2000 as a Systems Operations Technician. In 2002, they worked at Topsec Technology as a Systems Operations professional.
In 2003, Daniel joined eircom, where they held various roles in customer support and technical support for the next eight years. Daniel served as a Customer Technical Support agent and then as a Broadband Technical Support Analyst. Later, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for Corporate Internet Support and then as an IP Support Specialist for eircom Business Internet Support. Eventually, they became an IP Technical Support Specialist at the Enterprise and Government Service Centre.
In 2011, Daniel joined CloudSphere as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Daniel then moved to iQuate in 2014, where they started as a Support Engineer and quickly advanced to become a Support Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Head of Support and Operations. In 2019, they returned to the role of Senior DevOps Engineer at iQuate, where they worked until July 2020.
Throughout their career, Daniel Stuart Kelly has consistently demonstrated their expertise in DevOps, technical support, and operations management.
Daniel Stuart Kelly attended Dublin City University from 2010 to 2018, where they obtained a BSC IT degree. Their field of study included Computers, Communications Technology, Management Science, and Human Science. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Colaiste Dhulaigh, where they earned a degree in Computer Aided Design & Desktop Publishing. In this program, they studied Computer Aided Design, Desktop Publishing, Technical Drawing, and Applied Maths.
In addition to their formal education, Daniel also obtained several additional certifications. In 2009, they achieved the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from exin. In 2015, they obtained the Occupational First Aid certification from FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council). Lastly, in 2010, they earned the CICSP - Email Security certification from Cisco.
