Joe Greenblatt is the Founder & CEO of CloudTen Residential, bringing years of experience from managing apartments in California to a new organization serving investors in Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. In addition, Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Management, a San Diego-based company operating in California and Arizona. Additionally, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Senior Property Manager, with education from Washington University in St. Louis.
