Pankaj Waghralkar started their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant Professor at PVPIT. pankaj then became the Head of the IT Cell at PVPIT in 2015 and held that position until May 2021. From June 2021 to June 2022, they worked as an SME in Web & Cloud at Edunet Foundation. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Trainer at CloudThat since June 2022.

Pankaj Waghralkar pursued their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from MIT Aurangabad from 2010 to 2012.
