Kendra Walters

Kendra Walters is a Senior Product Manager at Cloudvirga, where they started in September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Owner at Rencata from May 2018 to September 2021. Kendra also has experience as a Business Analyst at Cloudvirga from January 2017 to June 2018. Kendra then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree from the University of York in 2012-2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2007, they completed the "ITIL - Foundations of IT Service Management" certification from CSME. In 2010, they obtained two certifications, namely the "Fair Credit Reporting Act" from the Consumer Data Industry Association and "ITIL Version 3" from Exin. Earlier in their career, in 2001, Kendra completed the "Essentials of Functional Testing with Rational Robot" certification from IBM and the "Total Quality Management" certification from Irvine Valley College.
