Amy Franklin

Amy Franklin is an experienced professional with a strong background in network operations and consultancy, currently a student at The Open University since September 2025. Previously, Amy served as a Network Consultant at Age UK, where responsibilities included developing a new Shared Strategy and Network Agreement in collaboration with 120 charities. Notable prior positions include Director of Network Operations at Mind, where management of over 120 local organizations was key to increasing community influence, and Director of Operations at the National Citizen Service Trust, overseeing significant youth program delivery. Amy's career also encompasses various roles at Marks and Spencer, including Store Planner and Womenswear Commercial Manager, demonstrating extensive expertise in retail and operational management.
