Justin Richardson

Justin Richardson has extensive experience in careers guidance and employability support, currently serving as a Careers and Employability Consultant at The Open University since April 2019. Previously, Justin worked as a Careers Adviser (International) at Liverpool University from January 2007 to October 2018, where responsibilities included leading strategies for international student support and organizing successful seminar programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Personal Adviser at Salford Connexions from 2002 to 2007, providing guidance to young people aged 13 to 19 in various educational settings. Justin's background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield, a Postgraduate Qualification in Careers Guidance, an MSc in Careers Guidance from the University of the West of Scotland, and a Level 7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
