Aaron Thompson

Aaron Thompson is an experienced professional in industrial relations and workforce management, currently serving as the ER/IR Director at Clough since February 2024. Previously held positions include Group Manager of Industrial Relations at CPB Contractors, Senior Workforce Relations Advisor at Transport for NSW, and roles in employee relations at John Holland CPB Contractors Ghella and Gladstone Regional Council. Aaron's extensive background also features supervisory and advisory roles in workforce services, employee relations, and human resources at Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals and The Australian Federation of Employers and Industries. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management and Law from Western Sydney University.
