Mark Bognar

Mark Bognar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in planning, reporting, and contract management. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Clough since June 2019, Mark has held various roles including Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, and Corporate Accountant. Prior to Clough, Mark worked at D+Z Constructions from January 2007 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Group Accountant and Contract Administrator, focusing on contract variations and management of commercial claims. Mark holds a CPA designation from CPA Australia and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Accounting and Management from Edith Cowan University.
