Matteo Gadda

Matteo Gadda has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Organization, Learning & Development and Diversity Director at Clough, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Integration Project Manager at The Lane Construction Corporation from August 2022 to August 2023. Matteo also served as the Manager of Organization and Change Management at Webuild from May 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as an Organization Specialist at Salini Impregilo from October 2019 to May 2020. Matteo's early career began at Bip - Business Integration Partners, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Consultant, Consultant, Business Analyst, and Intern, from April 2014 to October 2019.

Matteo Gadda completed their Master's degree in Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Economia Aziendale e Management from LIUC - Università Cattaneo in 2014. In 2012, they also briefly attended Oxford Brookes University to pursue studies in Business Management.
