Robert Blaze

Robert Blaze is currently the Chairperson of the Board of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) and also holds the position of Member Director. Robert has vast experience in learning and development roles, having worked as a Senior Manager at Clough, Team Leader at Monadelphous, and Senior Advisor at Georgiou. Robert also served as a Course Coordinator at Perth Institute WA. Robert is skilled in designing, delivering, and managing leadership and technical development programs, with a focus on graduate and cadet development, safety leadership, and manager/senior leader development.
