Kelly Brown has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Kelly began their career in 1994 at Cargill Investor Services as a Senior Relationship Manager and Broker & Operations Coordinator. In 2003, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President in Institutional Sales. In 2005, Kelly moved to CME Group as Managing Director and Global Head of Bank, Intermediary, Retail, and Membership Segments. Kelly then became Director of Hedge Fund Services in 2018. That same year, Kelly joined ErisX as Chief Commercial Officer and then moved to FairX in 2020 in the same role. In 2021, they took on the role of Garden Leave and in 2022 they became Head of Derivatives at Gemini and an Independent Director at Clouty.
Kelly Brown has a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Science in Financial Markets & Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an Executive Program in Authentic Leadership Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education, and an Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kelly also holds certifications from the National Futures Association (Series 3, obtained in June 1998) and FINRA (Series 7 and Series 63, obtained in September 1991).
