Heather Bachman

Heather Bachman is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in health, wellness, and food service management. Currently serving as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Charles River Medical Associates since October 2024, Heather also holds the position of General Manager at Clover Food Lab since January 2018 and owns Heather-Celeste Holistic Health Coaching, established in May 2015. Heather's training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition equipped the coaching practice with extensive knowledge in dietary theories and lifestyle coaching methods. Previously, Heather managed food services as Food Services Director at MetroWest YMCA (September 2015 - January 2017) and worked as Operations Manager at Elements Therapeutic Massage - Wayland (April 2013 - March 2015). An early career as a Freelance Audio/Visual Specialist (January 2007 - March 2011) adds to a well-rounded professional background.
