Giancarla Addison

Giancarla Addison serves as the VP of Medicare Advantage Member Experience at Clover Health, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and service quality to improve health outcomes for members. With a tenure at Clover Health beginning in March 2021, Giancarla has previously held various high-level roles at UnitedHealth Group, including VP of Bundled Payment Solutions and VP of Value-Based Risk Management Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and leading teams to support risk-based reimbursement arrangements. Giancarla also co-owned Pathfinder Brewery LLC from July 2020 to December 2022. Education credentials include an M.B.A. in Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach.
