Raghav Ahuja

Raghav Ahuja is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Currently, as Head of Litigation & Chief Product Counsel at Clover Health, Raghav manages all litigation and regulatory investigations while providing strategic counsel to mitigate risk across various legal domains, including HIPAA and CMS regulations. Previously, Raghav served as Senior Counsel at MetLife, focusing on the Retirement & Income Solutions business, and held the position of Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, advising major financial institutions on diverse legal challenges. Raghav's early career included roles as a law clerk and intern, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, complemented by a certificate from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
