KP Peck currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Execution at Clover Sonoma, where responsibilities include ensuring the clarity and delivery of strategic goals and acting as Chief of Staff to the CEO. With a diverse background in project management and organizational transformation, KP has held leadership roles at various companies, including San Francisco Zen Center as a board member, Peet's Coffee as Head of PMO, and The Planet Partnership as Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Previous experience encompasses significant positions at Propeller, method products pbc, and Clif Bar & Company, where KP led cross-functional teams and managed the commercialization of products. Educational pursuits include ongoing studies at Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate Program in Autism Studies at San Francisco State University, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Whitman College.
