Mary Gwin has over 40 years of experience in administrative and editorial roles. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired since January 2004, Mary supports the mission to empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Prior to this, Mary worked as an Executive Assistant at Berean Christian Stores from January 1991 to May 2003, a regional chain of Christian bookstores. Additionally, Mary spent nearly a decade as an Assistant Editor and Editorial Assistant at Standard Publishing from June 1982 to December 1991, contributing to the creation of Biblically based resources. Mary holds an Associate of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Cincinnati Christian University, earned between 1975 and 1980.

Since 1903, Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired has provided life-enriching opportunities while empowering people who are blind or visually impaired to empower people who are blind or visually impaired to lead active, productive and independent lives. Adult programs, employment services and youth activities, as well as arts and recreation departments, provide critical services to those who need it. The Clovernook Braille Printing House produces books, magazines and other materials for the National Library Services and braille patrons worldwide, while providing employment opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals.
