Damian Sima

Damian Sima has a strong background in software engineering and development, with experience spanning over 15 years. Damian currently holds the role of Senior Software Engineer at Clovers, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Damian served as the Head of Engineering at Rappi from July 2019 to January 2022.

Before their role at Rappi, Damian worked at OLX Group as a Lead Developer for over a year, from April 2018 to July 2019. Damian also had a significant tenure at MuleSoft Inc, where they served as a Lead Developer for six years, from March 2012 to March 2018. Damian started their career as a Developer at SAC Capital Advisors in March 2011 and later held development roles at TD Ameritrade @ Globant, Fishpond.com.au @ Globant, and lastminute.com @ Globant.

Damian's early experience includes working as a Java Developer at Sabre Holdings @ Globant from October 2007 to March 2008, and as a Java Developer at OAG @ Globant from August 2006 to October 2007.

Damian Sima has a Bachelor's degree from UADE. Damian also attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional but the degree or field of study is unknown.
