Scot Sessions has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Scot is currently the EVP of Inclusion and Growth at Clovers since 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Co-founder of TalVista from 2018 to 2023, where they focused on addressing unconscious bias in the hiring process.

From 2017 to 2019, Scot worked as a Marketing Executive and Strategist (consultant) at Zenefits, where they developed brand awareness and demand generation strategies. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Marketing at HireVue from 2010 to 2017. During their time at HireVue, they achieved significant milestones such as increasing revenue from $1MM to $50MM and successfully implementing online digital events that attracted thousands of registrants.

Scot also has experience as the President and CEO of DataDiscovery, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, where they secured funding and led strategic initiatives for the startup. Scot worked as the Director of Marketing at CompleteSpeech in 2009 and as a Marketing Executive and Strategist (consultant) at FamilyLink.com in 2009 as well, contributing to product and brand awareness growth in both roles.

In 2007, Scot co-founded WellnessComplete, a company aimed at sharing their weight loss experience. Scot also held the position of Vice President of Marketing at AccessData Corp from 2005 to 2006, focusing on global marketing strategy and lead generation.

Scot began their career as the Director of Commerce at Ancestry.com (The Generations Network) from 1999 to 2005, overseeing a multi-million dollar revenue business unit with responsibilities including product development, procurement, marketing, and sales.

Scot Sessions attended Orange Coast College in 1989, where they pursued a general field of study. In the following year, from 1990 to 1991, they enrolled in Brigham Young University to study in a general field as well. Finally, from 1991 to 1992, Scot Sessions attended Utah Valley University, majoring in English.
