Rohit Ranjan (MBA, PMP, SAFe 5 Agilist)

Rohit Ranjan is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile and project management. Rohit began their career at Google as a Search Quality Associate, where they played a key role in improving search quality and training a team of 20+ members. Rohit then joined Infosys Limited as a Lead Consultant, leading multiple business transformation projects and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. After that, Rohit worked at Nexient as a Director, where they managed client engagements, increased revenue, and led successful RFP responses. Currently, they serve as the Chief Agilist at Clovity, where they exhibit lean-agile leadership and assists scrum teams in adopting Agile principles. Rohit also works as a consultant for healthcare solutions, manages large cloud migration programs, and promotes the use of Atlassian Agile products.

Rohit Ranjan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on IT and Marketing from IBS Hyderabad. Rohit completed this degree from 2003 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Rohit obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2022. Rohit also holds the Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator for Data Center and Server certification and the Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with Jira Software certification, both obtained from Atlassian in August 2018. In addition, Rohit is a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, receiving this certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021.
