Jamie (Brenner) Mendelsohn

Jamie (Brenner) Mendelsohn has a strong background in customer experience and success. Jamie is currently working at Cloze as the VP of Customer Experience and Success since October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Education and Success at Cloze from November 2019 to October 2021. Prior to joining Cloze, Jamie worked at Lovepop as the Director of Customer Happiness and Operations from April 2018 to November 2019. Jamie also served as the Director of Customer Experience at Toast, Inc. from November 2017 to March 2018. Jamie has extensive experience at Vistaprint, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Customer and Site Experience, Senior Manager of Global Customer Advocacy, Customer Success and Service Strategy Manager, and Account Manager of Strategic Partnerships between 2008 and 2017. Earlier in their career, Jamie worked at The Daily Jolt as the Director of Operations from January 2007 to March 2008, Lovett International in marketing and sales from June 2001 to January 2007, Smart Energy as a Marketing Rep in 2000, and Team Enterprises as a Marketing Rep from March 1998 to March 1999.

Jamie (Brenner) Mendelsohn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Muhlenberg College. This educational endeavor took place from 1993 to 1997.
