Elaine Yl Wong

Elaine YL Wong currently serves as a Manager in Commercial and Supply Chain Management at CLP, a role held since October 2020, where responsibilities include supporting One Digital Cloud initiatives and optimizing cloud governance across various stakeholders. Previously, Elaine worked as an Associate Manager for Cloud Commercial Management at CLP, focusing on cloud cost management and IT supplier strategy. Prior to CLP, Elaine held the position of Cloud Product Manager at HKT, overseeing the planning and development of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, managing product lifecycle, and conducting ROI analyses. Elaine’s career began at Microware Limited as a Product Executive, with subsequent roles at 怡和科技, culminating in a solid foundation in product management. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication from City University of Hong Kong and has further education from NHL Hogeschool.
