John Chow

John Chow is an experienced senior manager in commercial and business development with a focus on energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Commercial Development at CLP since May 2019, John has facilitated strategic corporate planning, government engagement, and the development of new clean energy initiatives. Previously, John held key managerial roles at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, MTR Corporation Limited, and ECO Environmental Investments Limited, contributing to high-value projects such as racecourse revitalization and bio-fuel manufacturing. John began their career at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, where responsibilities included corporate planning and project management. John holds two engineering degrees from The University of Hong Kong and is pursuing an Executive Development Programme at Tsinghua University.
