Tam Anita YC currently serves as a member of the HR Digitalisation Committee at the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management since June 2024. With over a decade of experience at CLP, Tam holds multiple roles, notably as the ERP HR Transformation Lead, where responsibilities include providing strategic insight to senior stakeholders, leading HR service delivery teams, and participating in transformation initiatives. Previous positions at CLP include Principal Manager for HR Transformation & ERP Projects and Senior HR Manager, with a focus on improving internal processes and managing HR services. Early career experience includes roles at CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd and Deloitte, highlighting a strong background in HR management. Tam holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lingnan University, supplemented by management training from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Currently pursuing LEAN yellow belt accreditation, Tam is also recognized as a top learner of Oracle HCM modules.
