Gene Kruse has extensive work experience as a Vice President of Customer Development at CLS, starting in 1991. In this role, they directed and trained sales consultants, launched new products, managed the corporate website, and focused on brand development, web traffic growth, and direct advertising. Prior to that, Gene worked as a Store Director at Color Tile Inc. from 1986 to 1991, where they successfully turned around failing stores, managed personnel, controlled inventories, and excelled in sales and customer service, earning him the title of Chicagoland District Manager of the Year in 1989.
Gene Kruse attended Iowa State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Gene studied at the Ivy College of Business within Iowa State University.
