Juliana Reis G Novis currently serves as Diretora de Segurança Marítima e Telemetria at CLS Brasil since November 2023. Prior to this role, Juliana accumulated extensive experience at Oi from July 2003 to April 2023, where positions included Gerente de Marketing overseeing the management of a 35 million client base and ensuring KPI compliance during a major client transition. Juliana also held various marketing management roles focused on customer acquisition and retention for a mobile client base of 10 million, with significant annual revenue responsibilities. Additional experience includes financial analysis at Banco Modal and marketing research during an internship at Telemar Norte Leste, complemented by a robust educational background with multiple pós-graduation qualifications and an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ.
