Later, they joined Clearlake Specialties in 2017 as the Manager of Clinical Services and Business Operations. Khalid demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to manage staff and projects effectively. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Practice Operations and Clinical Services - Medical Center, where they continued to excel in strategic planning, operational management, and staff development.
