Alex Tiley

Alex Tiley has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and service management. They started their career at IBM as a Technical Support Specialist and then worked as a Service Coordinator. They later joined RSA INSURANCE GROUP PLC (IBM) as a Service Manager, focusing on delivering IT systems for insurance quotes and management information. They then moved on to work at Twentyfourseven IT LTD as an ITIL Service Management Consultant, providing expertise on the Foreign Exchange system provided by CLS Bank. They joined CLS Group as the Head of Service Management, where they ensured the delivery of the FX service and managed a team of Service Managers. In their subsequent roles at CLS Group, they held positions such as Head of Service Management & Service Support, Head Of Service Delivery, and Head of Production Support. They are currently serving as the UK Head of Information Security at CLS Group.

Alex Tiley attended Churcher's College from 1983 to 1988. Afterward, from 1991 to 1994, they studied at Bournemouth University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Furniture Design and Manufacturing.
