Nancy Elshami has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Nancy started their career as a Fellow at the Economic and Business History Research Center at the American University in Cairo in 2009. Nancy then joined Cornell University as an Analyst at the Institute for Compensation Studies in 2010, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined the International Labour Organization as a Research Assistant for a brief period. In 2014, they joined CLS Group as a Talent Management Associate and gradually progressed to Senior Talent Management Associate and then to Talent & Organizational Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent & Organizational Development at CLS Group. Alongside their main role, Nancy also served as a NextGen Council Member at FRED Leadership from 2018 to 2022.

Nancy Elshami has a strong educational background and various certifications. Nancy attended Cornell University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree with a focus on International and Comparative Labor. Prior to attending Cornell, Nancy studied at Barnard College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic History & Middle Eastern Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Nancy obtained the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) qualification from iPEC Coaching in January 2023. Nancy also acquired the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching in December 2021. In addition, Nancy obtained the KF 360 Leadership Assessment certification from Korn Ferry in May 2017.
