Olga Žarković

Olga Žarković is an experienced professional in employer branding, employee experience, and training management, currently serving as Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager at Nelt Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Olga held several key positions at Avon from May 2015 to November 2022, including Business Readiness Senior Expert and Innovation Expert International, where responsibilities encompassed implementing digital tools, managing training strategies, and coordinating innovation initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading online training programs, serving as Art Director at the ARTIE Centre for culture, and managing marketing and PR campaigns across various companies. Olga holds a BA in Journalism from the Faculty of Political Sciences and additional qualifications in Public Relations and New Media Design.
