Justin Harding is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Board Member at Renew and as Head of Product Innovation & Engineering at Club Assist. Previously, Justin held various managerial roles at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and AusNet Services, focusing on network strategy, demand-side solutions, the integration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and innovation in network growth. Justin's earlier career includes positions at the Victorian Department of Primary Industries, where responsibilities encompassed climate change policy and energy market modeling, as well as significant consulting roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff in regulatory advice and project management for energy projects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace and a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University.
