Addison Sims

Addison Sims has a diverse work experience in the software development field. In 2004, they started working as a Database Developer Business Solutions Consultant at Vafer Design Inc. During this role, they built custom applications, developed data relationships, and created automated workflows using QuickBase collaborative database. They also worked with small teams to develop web applications using HTML and CSS. In 2011, Sims joined Monster Media as a Software Developer, where they created customizable C# applications and updated web-based GUIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Technology Consultant at Carolyn A. Winston Inc, providing business development and technical solutions to executive clients. In 2012, they also worked as a Junior Software Engineer at the American Safety Council, Inc and helped maintain and update C# and ASP.NET command line applications and websites. In 2013, they worked as an Engineer C#/.Net Developer at Vaco Orlando, where they updated C# and ASP.NET MVC applications and websites. From 2014 to 2017, Sims worked at Derive Systems as a Software Engineer, collaborating with other team members to create customer-facing e-commerce websites using C# ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and managed through Umbraco. From 2014 to 2018, they also worked at TravelClick as a Software Developer, where they altered and updated C#, VB.Net, and ASP.NET applications and websites, conducted source code management, and tested and debugged code. Most recently in 2018, Sims joined Club Assist - North America as a Dotnet Developer.

Addison Sims attended Winter Park Tech in an unspecified year, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. This was followed by attending Rollins College from 2007 to 2011, where Addison completed a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
