Allan Rivera

Allan Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Allan started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at RadioShack, where they successfully managed several stores in Manhattan and significantly increased their revenue. In 2008, Allan founded TekDefenders, a company where they served as the Owner and Computer Network Administrator until 2016. During this time, they gained expertise in managing computer networks and providing IT support. Allan also worked as an Information Technology Specialist at the NYC Department of Education and The Madison Square Garden Company, where they provided technical support from 2009 to 2016. In 2011, Allan joined The Urban Assembly Institute of Math and Science for young Women as a Technical Coordinator and later served as an Information Technology Specialist at The Urban Assmebly School of Law and Justice from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, Allan pursued their passion for art and has been working as an Artist at Allan's Art Expressions since 2020. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Regional Account Manager at Club Assist – North America. Throughout their career, Allan has demonstrated a strong background in IT, leadership, and artistic skills.

Allan Rivera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Allan later pursued a certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, earning an MCSE Certification from the Technical Career Institutes.
