Craig Smith

Craig Smith has a strong work history with experience in various roles and industries. Craig started their career at Kings Automotive Sales & Service in 1989, where they served as the General Manager for over 15 years. In 2006, they joined AutoNation Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram as an ASM and worked there until 2008. Subsequently, they became a Technical Instructor at Universal Technical Institute, where they worked until 2011. Craig then joined Club Assist as a Battery Service Program Manager, and their tenure there is ongoing. Throughout their career, Craig has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in automotive sales, service, and technical instruction.

Craig Smith's education history includes attending Bryant University to study Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General business. Craig also attended the New England Institute of Technology where they pursued Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician.

In addition to their education, Craig Smith has obtained various certifications in the automotive industry. Craig is ASE Advanced Engine Specialist certified, ASE Certified Service Consultant, ASE Heavy Duty Truck Technician, and ASE Master Certified Auto Technician. Craig also holds a certification as an ASE Master Certified Refinishing and Paint Technician. Furthermore, they are NATEF certified.
