Rich Dadisman

Director of Application Development at Club Assist – North America

Rich Dadisman has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Rich currently holds the position of Director of Application Development at Club Assist - North America since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner of Richard Dadisman Consulting starting from April 2020.

In 2020, Rich worked as an Information Technology Manager at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they managed a team of 7 and was responsible for various tasks, including developing solution requirements documentation and project management plans. Unfortunately, they were laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Sr. Director of Information Technology at The Limu Company, overseeing all IT operations and providing technology recommendations to the executive team. During their tenure, they played a key role in implementing a Microsoft Azure-based application and web hosting environment while also securing a $58,000 cost-saving by negotiating an Enterprise Cloud Server agreement with Microsoft.

Prior to that, Rich held various positions at Hard Rock International, including Director of IT Development, IT Development Manager, and Sr. Application Developer. In these roles, they managed multiple projects, worked on the design and development of business applications, and maintained coding standards and procedures. Rich also managed web hosting environments and SQL Server environments with over 100 database instances.

Before their time at Hard Rock International, Rich worked as a Web Developer at DPAI and as a Developer at Graphic Enterprises.

Rich Dadisman's education history includes a graduate certificate in cybersecurity in information assurance from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Information Systems Management (MSISM) from Keller Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2013. Rich also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.
