John Gleich is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in account management, customer service, and coaching. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager and Strategic Relationship Manager at Club Automation since January 2018, John has also held the position of Senior Team Lead of Customer Service. In addition to their corporate roles, John has been actively involved in coaching boys basketball at Westlake Christian Academy since November 2021, previously coaching at the junior high level as well. John's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Aon Hewitt where responsibilities encompassed data analysis for leading Fortune companies, during which John emerged as a subject matter expert in High Deductible Health Plans. Complementing this experience is a solid educational foundation with a Master's Degree in Christian Studies from Trinity International University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
