Ramsey Thrash

Ramsey Thrash Stern is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Advocate at Club Automation since May 2023. Previously, Ramsey ascended through various customer service roles within the same company, starting from Tier I to Tier III. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of Montevallo and working as a team member at Chick-fil-A Restaurants and Pump It Up. Ramsey holds a degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Montevallo, complemented by a diploma from Pelham High School.
