Jim Butler

Jim Butler is the current CEO of Club Benchmarking. Jim was previously with Club Managers Assn of America (CMAA) and The Forest Country Club. At The Forest Country Club, they served as General Manager from January 1985 to November 2001. In this role, they were in charge of a multi-hole, upscale Club with a complete amenity package.

Jim Butler has a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration/Management from Iowa State University, an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Alma College. Jim also has a certificate in Golf Course Operation and Grounds Management from Edison State College.
