Bob Madou

Bob Madou has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bob is currently working as an External Advisor at Get Driven since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Business Officer at Club Brugge starting from January 2018. Bob also served as an Independent Board member at Tennis Vlaanderen from June 2018. Bob Madou was a Board Member at Stichting Brugse Mug Heli starting from October 2015. Bob also owned Komvest BVBA since October 2009. Additionally, Bob Madou worked as the Marketing Director at VRT from October 2016 to October 2018. Bob had a significant role at the Royal Belgian Football Association, initially as Communications Director from November 2011 to January 2013, and later as Executive Director Business from January 2013 to October 2016. Bob Madou served as the Performance Programmes Manager at Lawn Tennis Association from October 2007 to 2010. Bob began their career as a Researcher & Doctoral Student at Catholic Leuven University from September 2004 to September 2009, where their focus was on scientific research in sports pedagogy, multimedia learning, and instructional design.

Bob Madou's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Torhout and pursued a degree in Latin-Sciences. After completing this degree in 1999, they enrolled at KU Leuven to pursue a Master's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Training & Coaching and Sports Pedagogy. Bob successfully completed this program in 2003. During the same period from 2001 to 2003, Bob also attended the Trainer A Tennis program at Vlaamse Trainersschool, focusing on Physical, Mental, Tactical, and Technical Coaching. Finally, in 2002 and 2003, they attended KU Leuven again, this time studying for a Master's degree in Educational Sciences with a focus on Sports.
