Josh Frey

Josh Frey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josh started their career at Caterpillar Inc., where they held various positions including Master Scheduling Supervisor, Logistics Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Facility Manager. Josh then moved up to become General Manager, Supply Chain Manager 3, and Factory Manager 3 at Caterpillar. After that, they joined Great Dane as Plant General Manager and later served as Executive Director of Supply Chain. In 2023, they worked as Vice President - Supply & Systems at JCB North America before joining Club Car as Vice President Sourcing, Planning, & SIOP.

Josh Frey attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership. Josh also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Leadership and Innovation from Purdue University. In addition, they completed the Caterpillar Executive Leadership Program at Bradley University and obtained a Lean 6Sigma Blackbelt certification from Caterpillar Inc.
