Leroy Levert Wells, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Cardinal Health and has been a Logistics Engineer at Club Car since November 2017. With extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, Wells previously held positions at John Deere and Caterpillar Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Process Engineer, respectively, focusing on the design and production of heavy-duty vehicle engines. Additional roles include Manufacturing Engineer at EGS Electrical Group/Emerson Electric Co. and Manufacturing Engineer in a prior corporation, where responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams for new product integration and process improvements. Wells began a career as a Product Designer at Panasonic and holds an MBA from Sullivan University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from South Carolina State University.
