Jake Schneider

Jake Schneider is an experienced facilities and operations professional with a strong background in property management and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Club Car Wash since October 2022, Jake previously held the role of Regional Manager at Alexander Forrest and was the co-founder and Operations Manager at Phoenix Property Mgmt LLC, overseeing various business aspects including leasing and project management. Jake has also successfully managed a portfolio of over 100 properties at Homeview Columbia, where vacancy rates were reduced to zero. Earlier experience includes positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Best Buy, where significant sales achievements were accomplished. Jake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with international education from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
