Nicole Lepak-Melberg

Nicole Lepak-Melberg is a seasoned professional in brand management and sales, currently serving as the Strategic Accounts Sales Manager - Corporate at Club Colors since June 2016. In this role, Nicole leads a team of Brand Advisers and Account Managers to enhance sales growth for strategic client partners. Previously, Nicole worked as a Sr. Sales Specialist at NVISION, where responsibilities included managing promotional product categories and brand awareness initiatives. An earlier position as an Account Coordinator at PromoAdvantage Marketing Group involved overseeing the entire sales cycle of promotional products. Nicole began their career with the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as the Assistant to the Commissioner, focusing on marketing, sponsorship, and event organization. Education includes a Master's degree in Exercise & Sport Science with a specialization in Sport Management from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
