Marco Ceccarello

Marco Ceccarello is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef de Partie at Club Esse Hotels & Resorts since May 2023, Marco previously held the position of Executive Chef at Castello San Giuseppe Dimora Storica from June 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing culinary operations at a historic bed and breakfast. Prior to that role, Marco worked at Eden Viaggi SpA as an Italian Cooking Chef from 2019 to June 2021. Marco's culinary expertise is backed by formal education as a Maestro d'arte, which was obtained from a professional school between 1980 and 1985.
